Bridging The Gap

Depression and anxiety are real. In our lives, we will all face the challenge of meeting the expectations of the goals in front of us. There comes a moment when we are standing at the bridge that connects us to our goals. We can become overwhelmed with the anxiety or the hopelessness of the journey in front of us. When that happens, we need the right

encouragement and tools that will allow us to bridge the gap between where we are and where we are trying to be.

What is The Bridge?

The Bridge is a support group for individuals who are dealing with depression and anxiety and is designed to help bridge this gap. We will utilize the power of connection to support your journey through feelings of depression and anxiety. We will accomplish this goal by working together as a team to see the path before us and reminding you that you are not alone.

This group will focus on the following topics:

  • What are depression and anxiety and where do they come from?
  • Who is in control of my emotions?
  • What happens when what you see isn't what you get?
  • Where can I go to get help?
  • How do I break the hold that anxiety and depression have on me?
  • What is happiness and how do I find it?
