What is Sugar and Spice?
Sugar and Spice is an empowerment group for up-and-coming ladies. We live in a world where our young adolescent women have access to more opportunities than ever before. Sugar and Spice was developed to unlock these options in the lives of our young ladies while securing their integrity in the process.
This empowerment group will focus on the following topics:
- The power of words
- How to be a positive influence on social media
- What is real beauty?
- The power of relationships
- How to build positive connections
- Understanding your value and self-worth
- What is a moral compass?
And much much more
This group is appropriate for:
- Adolescent women ages 13 to 16 years old
- Young ladies who have a desire to get to know themselves
